I have been using this service for more than a year. I had the dedicated IP account and now i also have the 30 server account. This is the best service and the customer support is great.

I have never been very patient but these have worked through an issue i had with another company. it was a complicated problem. these guys were effiecent and kept me informed. i have been on the internet since (1982) before the internet. started with just a repository of files at UNC and a newsfeed with a few forums and bullentin boards. this company out shines every company i have ever delt with in customer support and service.


Had some problems (again) connecting. Connected with Chat support and Tariq solved my problem quickly!

Great service :) Used another VPN service that suddenly stopped working and their tech support wasn't helpful so I decided to try Pure VPN and even with the 3 day trial version the tech spent over an hour with me until he figured out what the problem was. I happily renewed my subscription. Very helpful and courteous!

Right out of the box this copy dropped the ball and lied to me and all over nothing more than their trial, $2.50 membership!

All their responses to my inquires were cut-and-paste excuses.

"PureVPN?" = Pure Incompetence!


Using the VPN on my mac and had some minor issues so I connected with the chat support. Zeek was very helpful and efficient, and now it's all back to normal again.

I'm certainly no computer wiz, so it was very encouraging to get this level of support. I'm very satisfied with the product and the company.

Never use PureVPN, stay away from them. They are sucks. My account disabled permanently. They limited login sessions and further more, user can't check how many sessions. That mean user is blind, then they can disable any one. Then contact support, only get reply "please first reply to this email, concerned deptt will assist you accordingly" after 30 mins waiting, so what online support using for? My business hurt, all my customer complain.

All the comments there are fake.

My experience :

1. Stupid payment system. Paypal has verified why you still need a verification?

2. Program can't be installed. OS trouble? No trouble found when run and diagnose using microsoft fix it.

3. Can't connect easily.

I have no complaints about this VPN provider. Pure VPN is fast and reliable. The support staff is outstanding, fast and effecient, which essential in my opinion. I'm currently living in China and have been able to bypass the Great Firewall of China. Excellent!!

hi there community, I bought 4 times 12 months licenses from purvpn to use them for the whole family but their servers are not secure at all german webpages find out your geo location with ease as I requested back my money as purevpn is advertising with their 3 days money back guarantee I was left aside for 3 weeks after I started a conflict through paypal who also did not support me with this as it is no phisikal thing a license so purevpn manager had a nice lunch on my costs and I also got no access to my new licenses anyway because I involved paypal. think twice befor you get there any license. greetings a friend


I have been using PureVPN for a week now. They have been extremely helpful, answering my e-mails after just a few minutes! I'm in China and it was hard for me to set up the VPN by myself to unblock the social network sites, but PureVPN helped me out by taking remote control over my computer, and in just minutes it was up and running, working perfectly and unblocking Facebook and Twitter! very unpleasant deal. subscribed monthly package, paid through PayPal and never get the "instruction e-mail" contains username and password. Both my bank and paypal, even the merchant(2CO) has sent me mails telling me the transaction was successful. However, when i contact PureVPN , they told me the the transaction is still being "vertifying" which seems gonna take forever....-________-

They deleted my PureVPN account immediately after i asked for refund, and told me i got wait for 5 workings days. sounds non-sense, but anyway, better than get nothing back.

Still waiting for my refund...i am here sharing my experience to everyone just in case people get encountered to my situation, My Recommendation is : JUST DON'T BUY IT.
