I'll share some support answers for suspend my site.
"You have paid late for your invoice and your service will start from the renewal date of invoice #2018 11 21 3716.
Your renewal date was 15/09/2018 and you have paid on 21/11/2018. So the renewal date will not change."
Then I asked to get my files and database and recived answer.
"Sorry but your account breakfastnews.info is still suspended due to overdue on a payment. So we can not provide you the files of regionsvpered.info because it is present under breakfastnews.info. You will need to pay to continue the service."
So I lost money for 2 month hosting and have to pay for get my files and data.

I have been using different hosting companies but Host Ripples is worst web hosting service I ever had. What we expecting is minimum downtime and good speed but with Hostripples, was down twice in last two months.
There is no even 24/7 chat or phone support. When I tried to call it goes to voicemail.
Very disappointing and frustrating.
Till now my experience with hostripples have been awesome. nice technically sound people with a great support. Highly recommended

If you want to ruin your business in one day, use hostripples, if you want to lose all your customers in one fell swoop, use hostripples. This is by far the worst host I have ever seen, I believe they don't even have any ideas about hosting. Uptime is like 6%, I assure you your website can be offline for 72 hours straight. And their support? They are the most unprofessionally arrogant people in hosting industry, they end the chat on you when you ask questions, they won't even answer your questions straight, they just give blanked statements. They are terrible! Believe me. You can try them out and get back to me after you shoot yourself for being stupid.
The guys at hostripples hosting are honestly one of the greatest I have come across.
Upon opening a reseller account with them all of our services were activated immediately! We were also sent an amazing guide on how to implement each service which came as a great help.
So far we have come across some problems with our WHMCS install. However, upon opening a ticket with them Scott and his team have come to swift rescue in to helping us out with sorting the issues. Even though the issue was not resolved, as it is a third party software (which they are more than obliged to send us over to the developers) the guys helped us out all the way in to trying to find out what the issue might be.
We feel safe and secure with these guys and the fact that they can deliver and as well show that they have almost neglible downtime is even better for us as a company.

Well! what can I say, These guys are lightning fast at fixing issues.
I have a re-seller account with hostripples.in and I have a lot of clients who rely on their websites to drive sales.
So far I have had no major issues and in rare cases that I faced issues, The support at hostripples has been fantastic.
In regards to their response time, The longest I had to wait for an answer was 15 min and the shortest was 1 min!
I am certainly happy with their service and would definitely recommend them.
Recently my blog started to show several errors. After nearly having a nervous breakdown I contacted these guys on the off chance they might be able to help.
Within 10 Mins they had fixed my code which was broken due to a faulty plugin, site is now working fine and faster then ever. They even upgraded the plugin for me to make sure it stayed working!!
