After many weeks of suffering from bounced e-mails, we made a determined effort to contact BlueHost, who after a few e-mails were able to diagnose the problem, which seemed to be caused by our e-mail address that is featured on our web page.

We have deleted the e-mail address for a few days and changed the password, as well as updating our Anti Virus Software (which has discovered 10 viruses at this moment in time 70% complete)



I always appreciate the customer service I get when I have a question about how to do something related to Blue Host.

The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt to answer my questions.

Although I am not particularly knowledgeable concerning technical issues, I don't feel I am ever talked down to. They just walk me through finding the solution to my problem.

This message is to Daniel�s Boss. After talking with a number of techs this morning at BH, I spoke with Daniel and he solved my C5 site issue with a simple config change. His knowledge of C5 is top notch, please give him the bonus he deserves or at the very least some serious kudos for kicking some serious ass at what he does. NICE WORK!!!! Daniel is a serious KEEPER!

I have three accounts with BH and I will be asking for Daniel from now on.

I have a customer at who needed my assistance to fix their website and I had to call BlueHost to get the issue resolved. When I called I spoke with Joseph in the Sales Department. From the very beginning Joseph was Extremely helpful. He went above and beyond the normal call of duty and first offered information that allowed the transfer of my domain very easy. I was going to need to have the domain released from another account and Joseph told me I should have the guy who owned the other domain to call Joseph and that He would take care of everything. The best part about it was that Joseph did take care of everything and actually remembered me when I called back.

I am very thankful for Joseph and appreciate his time and effort to help me get the best experience I could have hoped for in this situation. Joseph deserves to be recognition in the highest levels! With people like Him on your team Blue Host is sure to always be the best hosting company in the business.

Blusehost is the BEST ...............!

I have tried godaddy, they are ok but not for me.

I have been using for 5 + years and they suck in every possible way, ie....SERVICE ....NO service, no unlimited sub-domains, no USA customer support.
