I only set up my web site one the 20th May and am still finding my way around. However, I was impressed with the speed with which the problem I raised was solved - despite the Atlantic stretching between us - I am 70- years old so I am still impressed with the technology. I am having problems with Attracta who despite emails to me advising me of their services do not seem to have any record of my web site.

I have been a customer of BlueHost for several years. In the 15 years that I have purchased web hosting account, Bluehost have been the best in service, reliability and overall customer service. They respond to your inquiries in a very timely manner and so far, there has never been a problem that they could not solve. In fact, they have gone far and beyond what they needed to do in their service and support. One time in particular, I had to move a very busy bulletin board from another server/site. BlueHost helped me to make a seamless move, database and all. I cannot say enough good things about them.

My experience with bluehost has been great. I recently got some issues resolved with their team via live chat and their online ticketing system. I had to communicate with their billing, support and verification departments and all were found to be very good and prompt in responding.

The support service from your employees is excellent. I worked with a gentlemen named James. He was most helpful with my FTP process and provided valuable information about the setup and process associated with your WordPress installation process.
James provided me with additional information on the subject, over and beyond, most other support systems I have worked with.
Overall, the number of times I have communicated with your support, billing an dsales, they have been helpful.
I felt additional "props" for James was most appropriate. He did a great job of support.
Just wanted to say Kudos to you guys over there, especially to Mike Porter who helped to pinpoint exactly what was the cause of our exceeding our hourly mail rate.
Apparently, one of our email accounts was compromised and he helped get to the bottom of it by looking at the mail logs for both of our domains. When our first log revealed information contrary to what we were experiencing, he brought up a 2nd log file which was conclusive.
This helped to hone in on the exact problem so that we could take immediate action instead of going on some wild goose chase resetting the passwords of about 70 email accounts. The latter of which would've taken days of work and coordination.

I've been a client since 2009. I can't speak highly enough about your customer care. Always availalbe and always solve problems without any fuss or technical talk. I'm not hosting almost everying and my cleints with bluehost.
My website went down somehow whether it was hacked or just an error with a script, but Rachel helped me get everything going again. I was very very happy with the level of service and knowledge she possessed.

I've been with BlueHost for many years now, hosting several sites with them. Their pricing, service, feature set and reliability have been great. If I have needed support it has been prompt and efficient. As the years have passed they've continued to improve their product. It is robust but still easy to use. I highly recommend BlueHost!
Always pleased w/ BlueHost support. Over holidays my site went down (apparently w/ others). I dug around Twitter comments and found it was problem with passwords (?) -- and tried to remedy things by logging in to my CPanel. No luck - I sent request to customer service and it was solved within a few hours. Very happy.
